EA promises six new E3 games, more Titanfall, but no Need For Speed 2014

A ‘major’ new Frostbite 3-powered game will be unveiled at E3 next month, as well as the first real look at Star Wars: Battlefront.

EA’s financial results for last year have turned out better than expected, although they only avoided making a loss thanks to strong sales in the first three months of this year. As a result they made a small profit of $8 million, compared to $98 million the year before.

That’s actually pretty good given the expensive R&D needed to enter a new generation and the company is now going ahead with six new game reveals at the E3 trade show in June.
