Dr. Conrad Murray, the former doctor to the late Michael Jackson, has been denied his latest attempt at an appeal. Murray is appealing the California Supreme Court’s decision against him of involuntary manslaughter.
A state appeals court upheld the decision against Murray earlier this year. The attempts to have the decision reversed appear more futile with every passing try, but Murray and his legal team are determined to have the decision overturned.
They are even willing to take the case to federal court.
Murray was convicted for giving Jackson what has been determined to be a lethal dose of Propofol in 2009. This journey is not one that appears to be close to being resolved as Murray continues to try to clear his name.
